Fidak Farms is a private sector company set up to conduct farm management operations based on modern farming methods and innovative techniques,grounded in the cutting edge research being carried out by the various agricultural research institutes in the country as well as internationally. Our objective is to increase the viability of various dimensions of farming as a profit-making economic activity thereby maximizing the productivity of farmland for landowners and farmers.

We believe that in the absence of large scale dissemination of agricultural research has impeded growth and productivity in the agricultural sector resulting in the evident decline in productivity.We believe in a strong nexus between agricultural research institutions and agricultural practitioners to bring about a revolution that would transform the agriculture sector in the country.

We offer a comprehensive set of solutions to the problems that are currently facing landowners particularly those with small holdings who have watched their agricultural income dwindle over the previous decade.A perfect storm of adverse circumstances ____lack of government policy incentives, climate change, increased cost of business, low adoption of modern techniques and methods, to name a few____ has brought about a situation where agricultural output has failed to keep pace with the rate of population growth.
